<Cause>
Cause 1: The zero pressure value for the sensor is not close enough to zero. The line may
be plugged and under vacuum or the sensor maybe defective.
Solution: Disconnect the sensing line at the sensor and reset the output device. If the
error goes away then there is a blockage in the line that keeps the sensor under vacuum.
This is most likely to happen to the nozzle sensor, since the collection nozzle could become
clogged with debris over time, blocking the small pressure-sensing hole. Clean the nozzle
(see UDRC Techplanet site for detailed instructions):

http://techplanet.creo.com/output/heads/debris_removal/nav/proced.htm
If you are using a TH1.x nozzle that has its sensing port on the top of the nozzle, replace
the nozzle with the current (min Ver C) to avoid future problems.
If the error does not go away then the sensor must be replaced.
Note: 'Bellmouth' sensor is the 0-100" scale Setra brand sensor, and 'Differential' sensor is the 0-10" scale.
</Cause>
<Cause>
Cause 2: On systems equipped with a Setra nozzle sensor. The control lines to the nozzle sensor
may have been touched together while energized. This will damage a diode on the Lionel board
causing the sensor to display half its value. This value will be greater than +-5% from the
anticipated 0 value and not permit calibration.
Solution: Start the system then use the command "debris debug" to list the offset values
(this command may not be available in Lotem Control Software). The offset for the nozzle
Setra sensor should be about 180. If the value is about 90 this is your problem.
Unplug the UDRC and remove the chemical upgrade enclosure. Measure the resistance
between the negative lead of the pressure sensor and the ground socket on the Lionel board.
The value should be 220 OHMS. If not, replace the Lionel board or remove the following diodes
from the board: D37, D46, D41.
